Aphrodite is the Greek Goddess of love, beauty, creativity, pleasure, sensuality, joy and flow. She offers a gentle, loving connection to our heart and womb centres. 

In her divine feminine energy, we can soften and surrender inwards, releasing some of the clinging and control.  She supports us in finding space to breathe, becoming present to the beauty within and without and the ultimate truth “You are enough”  She embodies this truth and helps us to do the same. 

Aphrodite invites us to tap into our pleasure and playfulness, she can guide us into a more present and loving embodied, space, opening up to beauty and ease. To know that as heavy and constricting our life can feel, there is a softer, more pleasurable side to be accessed.

She encourages us to drop into our bodies and connect with our heart centres.

Her energy will guide and support you to come out of your thinking mind and into your body, through meditation, dance, play, using our voice, placing your hands on your heart and womb centre, she gently encourages us to get curious, to what wisdom bubbles up. 

As women we hold so much of our deep knowing and remembering inside our bodies, there is an opportunity in working with goddess energy to begin to trust our bodies again for the wisdom they hold.
