Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or purchasing from our site.

By accessing or using any parts of our site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please check back regularly as these terms and conditions may be updated at any time.

You must be over 16 years of age to purchase from this site.

1: Products: All products on this site are handmade and subject to slight variations, but will be of the same size and high quality that you expect from Goddess Candles. The bespoke fragrances may differ slightly due to candles being made in small batches. Labels may look slightly different to the website due to printing in small numbers.

2: Safety information: Will be included with each candle and is available on this site, it is the customers responsibility to read this and follow the guidance. Goddess Candles takes no responsibility for accident, injury or damage due to the improper use of Goddess Candles.

3: Content: All weights and measurements are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.

4: Shipping: During peak season we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time. Should you not receive your order within 21 days, please contact your local postal delivery office and request a search of your package. Please do include goddesscandles.ie@gmail.com in your correspondence. If the search is unsuccessful Goddess Candles will reship the missing item, for one occurrence of non-delivery only. Please note that during peak season November and December and during a pandemic the postal networks are completely overloaded and we recommend ordering early to guarantee delivery.

5: Returns and refunds. Goddess Candles does not offer refunds on candles that have arrived in good order, but will offer an exchange if the candle is returned unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will need to keep proof of postage in case the candle does not arrive back to us. The customer will also pay cost to ship the new candle out.

6: If the wrong candle is shipped. Goddess candles is responsible for replacing the candle and paying the cost to return the unused, undamaged candle from the customer.

7: If a candle is damaged then, Goddess Candles will offer a refund or replacement, photographic proof will be needed.

8: If a Goddess candle that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you

a: an alternative
b: a refund
c: a time line for when it will be shipped

9: Payment: Goddess Candles uses Paypal, Stripe and Debit/Credit cards for payment.
